George McMahon (‘Roger’)

George’s career as an actor began at the age of 13 when he joined ITW/Helen Jordan Stage School in Dublin. When he was 14, he landed the title role in BBC’s BAFTA winning Custer’s Last Stand-Up. He has worked extensively in the business on both stage and screen but is probably best known for the role of lovable rogue, Mondo, in RTE’s Fair City.

(UCH Limerick), This Lime Tree Bower (City Theatre), October (Olympia / Cork Opera House), Caught in the Net (National Tour), God’s Official (National Tour), How Many Miles to Babylon (Second Age), Jack and the Beanstalk (Liberty Hall, Gaiety Theatre, The Helix), Sleeping Beauty (Liberty Hall), Aladdin (Gaiety Theatre, The Helix), Cinderella (UCH Limerick)

Other Film and TV credits include: When Brendan Met Trudy (Collins Ave Films), Incredible Story Studios (Disney), Stardust (RTE), Fifty Dead Men Walking (Warner) and Camelot (BBC/Showtime).
